At the onset of the project, the project manager sets the foundation for team member performance and clearly establishes the following management responsibilities :
- Document expectations for meeting the requirements;
- Build solid working relationships;
- Maintain lines of communication;
- Develop processes for selecting, assigning, and assignment of personnel;
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements (i.e. terms & conditions of contract, subcontractor agreement, etc.);
- Schedule and monitor deliverable/reporting requirements; and
- Provide on-time project delivery within budget.
OCRAM's proven program management system focuses on establishing responsibility, authority, and accountability for each task order and for sub-tasks within contracts.
