OCRAM, Inc. (OCRAM) personnel bring to the company over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Part of our experience stems from having a well designed and efficient project management plan, which is critical to the success of the project. We ensure that the work is coordinated, monitored and reviewed to achieve the performance objectives. At the onset of the project, the project manager sets the foundation for team member performance and clearly establishes the following management responsibilities :

  • Document expectations for meeting the requirements;
  • Build solid working relationships;
  • Maintain lines of communication;
  • Develop processes for selecting, assigning, and assignment of personnel;
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements (i.e. terms & conditions of contract, subcontractor agreement, etc.);
  • Schedule and monitor deliverable/reporting requirements; and
  • Provide on-time project delivery within budget.

OCRAM's proven program management system focuses on establishing responsibility, authority, and accountability for each task order and for sub-tasks within contracts. The firm's current and past performance are based on work performed by personnel who have collectively worked on projects while employed with OCRAM, Inc.
